A reliable concept of the past has its comeback !

The swing stopper became very popular again during the last few years due to the big advantage that it is reclosable and reusable. Furthermore it gives your product a higher value and a traditional image. The swing stopper is reliable and durable due to the possibility of a hygienic cleaning and the change of the sealer. By using different wire qualities from galvanised material to stainless steel we have the possibility to enhance the durability of the closure further. Regarding the shape there are DIN heads and round heads each of them can be delivered in two different materials. Depending on the way of filling you can choose between different sealers which can be delivered in various colours matching the design of your bottle. A new invention is the covered sealer a closed version which nearly completely prevents a loss of carbon dioxide between sealer and head.

The main characteristics of the porcelain head are its high robustness and its shine. With our modern printing plant we have the possibility to design the head in various ways and therefore the swing stopper is a perfect advertising medium.

The advantage of the plastic head is its favourable price. By using up to date die-casting methods you can hardly see a difference compared to the traditional porcelain head. Multicoloured prints are also possible with the plastic head. Optionally you can apply a coating to protect the print from outside influences.

An innovation are multi-component heads

3K heads consist of porcelain, plastic and a sealer which is extruded onto the lower part of the head. The upper part of the head is completely made of porcelain.
2K heads consist of a full plastic head onto which the sealer is extruded.
Both versions can also be printed in various ways and are reusable.
